OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Awkeyog purchase. If an item does not work for you, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions and timeframe described below.

Items must be returned in their original condition and meet all applicable return requirements before a refund can be issued.

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items received outside the return period may not be eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please contact Awkeyog before sending any item back. Unauthorized or unapproved returns may not be accepted.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

To qualify for a return, an item should generally be:

· Unworn and unused

· In its original condition

· Free from stains, odors, makeup, damage, or other signs of use

· Returned with original tags and packaging, where applicable

Awkeyog reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, or used. Any product-specific return restrictions will be indicated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our customer service with your order information and the item(s) you wish to return.

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for returning the eligible item.

Please do not send merchandise to an address that has not been provided or confirmed by Awkeyog.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless an item is defective, damaged when received, or incorrectly sent by Awkeyog, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning an item.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a product that arrived defective or damaged, please contact us before returning the item so that we can review the situation and provide appropriate return instructions.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error attributable to Awkeyog.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will determine whether it meets the applicable return requirements.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account. The time required may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Awkeyog cannot control processing times imposed by third-party payment providers or banks.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

If only part of an order is returned, the refund will generally apply only to the eligible returned item(s).

Where applicable, shipping charges, discounts, taxes, or other amounts may affect the final refund amount.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order information and, where appropriate, photographs or other details that help us evaluate the issue.

After reviewing the situation, Awkeyog may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

EXCHANGES

Awkeyog does not currently guarantee direct exchanges for all products or sizes.

If you need a different size, color, or item, you may be asked to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Items purchased using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers may be subject to additional return conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, discounted items remain subject to the return requirements described in this policy.

If a discount or promotional offer required a minimum purchase amount, returning part of the order may affect the discount applied to the remaining items and the amount eligible for refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Any product-specific final-sale restriction will be disclosed before purchase.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED OR UNFULFILLED ORDERS
